for (0,7) 7 = ab^0 = a(1) = a

a = 7

for (5, 224) 224 = ab^5 = b^5

b = the 5th root of 224 = slightly less than 3. 3^5 = 243

b= about 2.95

y=approximately (2.95)^x

or

y = 224^(x/5)
