expand the right side,

add 10 to both sides to get

y = -2x +16 +10

2x + y = 26 (standard form has both variables on the left side, constant term on the right side)

general form is all terms on the left: 2x+y-26= 0

slope intercept form is the x term and constant term on the right

y =-2x + 26 (slope = -2, the coefficient of the x term, y intercept = the constant term = 26)
