When you reflect actross the Y-axis, you are not changing the values of Y or X, but the signs of X will be the opposite. Hope this helps.

BUT, when you reflect across y=-2, the x values remain the same, but the y values change (y <= -2 become y >= -2 and y <= -2 becomes y <= -2). For example, W(2,-1) becomes W'(2,-3) and V(1,-3) becomes V'(1,-1).01/02/22
