The graph (not "graft") of y = 2 is a horizontal line that goes through the point y = 2. Try graphing it yourself or use a graphing calculator or app (desmos.com or geogebra.com). Then you can tell which quadrants it goes through (hint: it goes through two of them). The quadrants start with the one at upper right, labeled I, and go counter-clockwise (II, III, IV).
