a. Find the percentage of girls in class

b. What is the percentage of boys in class

percentage of girls = 15/(15+12) = 15/27 = 5/9 = 0.5555....= about 55.6%

percent of boys =4/9 = 0.444....= about 44.4%

55.6 + 44.4 = 100%
