You would find the antiderivative of each individual term:
The antiderivative of 6x3 is 6 * (1/4) * x4 = (6/4)* x4 = (3/2)* x4
The antiderivative of -9x2 is -9*(1/3) * x3 = -3 * x3
The antiderivative of 5x is 5*(1/2) * x2 = (5/2)* x2
The antiderivative of -10 is -10*x
With each individual antiderivative set up for you, all you have to do is identify A, B, C, D.
Example: A = 3/2, you can easily figure out the others.
