A quadratic with solutions p, q will have the equation a (x-p) (x-q) where a is non zero.
So here p = -4, q = 5 so equation is a (x+4) (x-5) = a (x2 -x -20)
You can choose any value for a you like, a=1 is easiest giving x2 - x - 20.
You can plot this on Desmos and check the x-intercepts are -4 and 5.
