Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
2 for $1.50 is 75 cents per cookie or $9 per dozen
12 dozen = 144 for $4.50 = 38 cents per dozen or 3 cents per cookie
8 for $6 is 75 cents per cookie
4.50/12 = 38 cents per cookie if the problem read cookies instead of a dozen cookies, which fits a little better with the other numbers
plot the points (2,75), (144,3) and (8,75) for cookies
or plot (1,9), (12,4.5), (2/3, 6) for dozen cookies
