(-6,-3) and (-3,1) have a line through them with slope = (1+3)/(-3+6) = 4/3, with the equation
y -1 = (-3-1)/(-6+3)](x+3)
y-1 = (4/3)(x+3) in point slope form, using the point (-3,1)
or use the other point, (-6,-3), then
y+3 = (4/3)(x+6)
they are both the same equation, in point slope form, using different points
