The best way to approach this problem would be to convert the units so that they are both the same.
I don't know how many kilometers equals 1 mile off the top of my head, but 1 mile is longer than 1 kilometer. Since both values are per hour, then 70 miles per hour is faster than 60 kilometers per hour.
I looked online and 1 mile = 1.609 km.
In other words, to convert from kilometers per hour to miles per hour, divide by 1.609.
Here take 60/1.609 = 37.29 miles per hour. So 70 miles per hour is faster than 37.29 miles per hour.
