I'm not going to draw out all of the amino acids, but hopefully you know what an amide or a peptide bond is. Then just hook the following amino acids together using peptide bonds in the order presented leaving the protonated amine (-NH3+) on the left end of methionine and deprotonated carboxyl (COO-) on the right end of tyrosine.
H3N+ - methionine - isoleucine - glycine - histidine - threonine - tyrosine - COO-
