you gave the same incorrect answer to letter D. although the rest were correct and gave a great explanation, I thank you for that. Yet, I'm still confused about letter D.

I’m sorry I drew the graph wrong again but only from x = 28 to x= 36. The process is correct though. If it were drawn like the problem you shared, the area would be 8*-8 + 1/2*8*-4 = -80 for the area from x = 28 to x = 36. So the answer for d would be 160-48-64-16 = 32. You can use the problem I recorded as reference on how to work the problem. My answers are correct for the graph that I drew. Still I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion.
