n/(n+3) = n/d is the original fraction
n= numerator, d= denominator = n+3
increase both by 2 gives:
(n+2)/(n+3+2) = 2
(n+2)/(n+5) = 2
n+2 =2(n+5)
n+2 = 2n+10
2-10 = 2n-n = n
n =2-10 = -8
d=n+3 = -8+3 = -5
the original fraction is -8/-5
