I'm not sure if there's supposed to be more to the problem or not, but I'll do my best to fill in the blanks with some assumptions.
I'm assuming that f(x) is a function meant to represent how much money Juan has, where x = the number of mondays that have passed since he began counting his allowance like this. I'm also then going to assume that f(x)=13+10x here. This is because Juan already has 13 dollars in his piggy bank without counting any mondays, so that if there were zero mondays that had passed, or x=0, Juan still has $13. Further, in this context then, f(7)=13+10(7)=13+70=83, and this represents how much money Juan has after seven mondays of saving his allowance, assuming he has spent none of it and the way he recieves his allowance stays the same.
I hope this was able to help! Good luck!
