y= x/3 +1
y intercept = (0,1)
x intercept = (-3,0)
UNLESS
you really meant to write
y = 1/3x +1, as y = 1/(3x) +1, a hyperbola not a straight line, then
(-1/3,0) os the x intercept and no y intercept
