y=2x+1
-9x-2y =3
2y = -9x-3
y = -9x/2 -3/2 = 2x+1
2x+9x/2 = -3/2-1
13x/2 = -5/2
x = -(5/2)(2/13) =-5/13
y = 2x+1 =-10/13+1 = 3/13
-9(-5/13)-2(3/13)
=45/13 -6/13
=39/13
= 3
