First we should fine the slope! The formula to find the slope between two points is
m= y2-y1
x2-x1
You should get a slope of -2!
Omce you get your slope, one way I would find the equation is to plug in one of points into the equation! For example:
Take (2,1)
y= mx+b
1= -2(2)+b
1=-4+b
Add 4 to both -4 and 1, and you should get 5 for B
So it would be
y=-2x+5
