f= 24x^2 +16 interval [0,9]

f(0)= 16

f(9) = 24(81)+16 = 1944+16 = 1960

[f(9) -f(0)]/(9-0) = 1944/9 =216

= f'(c) = 48c = 216

c = 216/48 = 4.5
