<e and <x are consecutive interior angles
<m is equal to 56 because it is an alternate interior angle to the angle measuring 56 degrees
<e is equal to 56 because vertical angles are equal
<x is equal to 124 because consecutive interior angles <e and <x are supplementary (add to 180 degrees)
