The base of a triangle is 10 inches more than 4 times the height. If the area of the triangle is 33 square inches, find the base and height.

b = 4h +10
area = 33 = hb/2 = h(4h+10)/2 = 2h^2 +5h
2h^2 +5h -33 = 0
(2h +11)(h- 3) = 0
h =3 inches high
b = 22 inch base
Area = 3(22)/2 = 33
