Josh went to try the Ferris wheel ride in the theme park, and his distance from the ground (in meters) on the Ferris wheel is given by the function,

where s denotes the amount of time in seconds. Assume that s = 0 is the time when the Ferris wheel begins to move. Determine the greatest distance the passenger on the Ferris wheel will travel from the ground, and how many seconds it will take him to reach this distance.
