Perimeter = 2(L+W)= 2(64/W + W) = 2W + 128/W)
where L= length, W= width and P= perimeter
possible dimensions are

or what are pretty much the same

and an infinite number of other dimensions,
such as
W= 6.4 and L=10 with P=32.8
but everything else does not involve two integers, just fractional lengths or widths
or both fractions.
