y = 2s -6

x+y + s = 76

6+s + 2s-6 + s= 76

s+2s + s= 76

4s = 76

s = 76/4 = 19 feet for the shortest side

x = 25 feet

y = 2(19) -6 = 38 -6 = 32 feet

25+32 + 19 = 76
