I have 58 coins, all quarters and dimes that total $9.70. How many of each coin does she have?

Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
D+Q = 58
10D + 25Q = 970
10D + 10Q = 580
15Q = 390
Q = 390/15 = 26 quarters
D = 58-26 = 32 dimes
10(32) + 25(26) = 320 + 650 = 970
