Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
sinA = 8/17, A = about 180-28 = 152 degrees in quadrant II
cosB = 3/5, B = about 53 degrees or 360-53 = 307
A-B =152-53 or 152-307 = -about 99 or -157 = 203 degrees
sin(A-B) = sin99 or sin 203 = 0.99 or 0.39
your question has cosB = 3/5 in "Blies" quadrant. Not sure what "Blies" means, probably " B lies" but before a typo probably narrowed it down to quadrant I or IV. If quadrant I then sin(A-B) = 0.99 about 1 IF quadrant IV, then sin(A-B) = 0.39 about 0.4
or use the sum and difference formulas for sines
sin(A-B) = sinAcosB + sinBcosA = 8/17)(3/5) + 15/17)(4/5) = (24 + 60)/85 = 84/85 = .99 = about 1
go with 0.99
