Hello! The ordered pair consist of an x and y value (x,y). In this case they are letting us know that y=-4
We can find the value of x by plugging in our y into the original function so we would have something like this:
5x+3(-4)=3
Now we can solve for x so we get
5x-12=3
we isolate the x by by adding 12 to both sides.
5x=15
now we divide by 5.
x=3
so your ordered pair would be
(3,-4)
