Solution:
The slope of the line m = y2-y1/ x2-x1 through points (x1,y1) = (7,4) and (x2,y2) = (-10,4)
m = 4-4 / -10-7 , m = 0 / -17 = 0 or you can switch the points as (x1,y1) = (-10,4) and
(x2.y2)=(7,4) and m = 4-4 / 7-(-10) = 0 /17 = 0 and you get the same slope = 0 which means
that this line is a horizontal one between points -10 and 7
