That's not an inequality, that is multiplication.

I wasn't completely clear. I should've stressed the inequality portion of the example. If you were just baking one cake, you'd need at least 1 cup of flour, or, in other words, the amount of flour you have needs to be greater than or equal to 1 cup. In the case of a doubled recipe, the amount of flour you have needs to be greater than or equal to 2 cups.
