I am math online tutoring. I have finished high level of math.
-3r+10=15r-8
-3r-15r=-8-10
-18r=-18
r=18/18
r=1

Just move the variables to one side of the equation and the constants to the other by adding their opposites
-3r + 10 = 15r - 8
10 + 8 = 15r + 3r
18 = 18r
r = 1
