I can't upload a pic here, but you'll have two parts to this graph on a number line.
First, for x>0, you'll put an open circle on the line at 0, since x doesn't equal zero, and fill in the line and arrow to the right of 0.
On the lower end, since x is less than -4, not less than or equal to, also put an open circle there. Fill in the line and arrow left of -4.
--When we have something that is equal to a number, we draw a circle at the number and fill it in. When it's less than or greater than, with no equal part, it's a hollow circle. Then we just fill in the line to show which way the inequality goes.
