slope = 5/3

line's equation is

y= (5/3)(x-2) + 3

y= 5x/3 -1/3

y=5(11)/3 -1/3 = 54/3= 18

y = 18

the 3rd point is (11,18)

5(11)/3 -1/3 = 55/3-1/3 = 54/3 = 18
