y= 4x+b

plug in the point x=4 , y=2

2 = 4(4)+b

b = 2-16 = -14

y= 4x -14 in slope intercept form

or slope = 4

4 = (y-2)/(x-4) in slope point form

or

y-2 = 4(x-4)
