We are given the original function f(x) = x, and we want to transform that (change it) into two given functions:
g(x)= - 5/3 x AND g(x) = 9x - 4.
By simply using the information from the slope-intercept form, we can see exactly how the graph will change.
g(x)= - 5/3x is going to have a negative slope of -5/3 and a y-intercept of 0
g(x)= 9x - 4 is going to have a positive slope of 9 and a y-intercept of -4.
