This isn't a cut and dry "right answer/wrong answer". You need to look at the qualities of each civilization and decide which matches you're personality most and then show how your personality matches to the culture. Do you love rules and regulation that lead to everyone knowing their place in society? Do you respect a government (or any leadership style) with a top-down structure? Then you may prefer Sparta. Or, are you a free spirit who enjoys searching for and pursuing your passions? Do you feel the need to have a voice in government/leadership? Then you may be more Athenian. Dig into the cultures and then make sure to show how that translates into 2021 and your personality.
