H-6 = 3(I-6) = 3I - 18 (3I not 31)

3I= H-6 +18 = I+50 -6 +18 (that's 3I not 31, 3 x Ian's age)

2I = 62 (2I not 21)

I = 62/2 = 31 years old now for Ian

H =81 years old now for Hannah
