If we have 2 fractions with different denominators, we can find a common denominator and then check their numerator; bigger the numerator means bigger the number.
15 and 45 are a denominator and we know that 15*3 = 45;
if we expand first fraction by 3; 7*3/15*3 = 21/45
we have 21/45 and 22/45;
22/45 is bigger one
