Please separate your coordinates into groups. The way they are displayed they just look like a bunch of coordinates. Once you get them grouped, check your coordinates to see if you have a group that meets the criteria for a function. Every value of x must correspond to a unique value of y. It looks like (8,3), (-8,-3),(3,9), (-3,-9),(-7,1),(6,12), (-5,-6) could be plotted. Notice that when x =5 there are many values for y 1, 2, 3, and 4. Give it a try.
