This occurs when a sample of items is randomly selected without replacement and if every item in the sample is okay, the entire batch is accepted. The ABCD Electronics Company has just manufactured 4500 write-rewrite Blu-rays, and 90 are defective. If 5 of these Blu-rays are randomly selected for testing, what is the probability that the entire batch will be accepted?

4500-90 = 4410 acceptable from first to fifth selection we have;

4410/4500*4409/4499*4408/4498*4407/4497*4406/4496 = 0.90387977596
