Not sure what is being asked. If the question is "what is the slope for a line through those points?", then yes -5 is the answer:
Δy/Δx = m = (-3-2)/(1-0) = -5.
If it's wanting the slope intercept form of the line through those points, the equation is:
y = -5x +2
