Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
h(a) = b
3a-5 =-4b +1 subtract 1 from both sides
3a-5 -1= -4b
switch the sides
-4b = 3a -5 -1 = 3a -6 divide by -4
b = (3a-6)/-4 = -3a/4 -6/-4
= -3a/4 +3/2
h(a) = -3a/4 +3/2
