49.5 - .99x + .69x = 45.5
.30x = 4
x = 4/.30= 40/3 = 13 1/3 lbs of sunflower seed
50-x = 36 2/3 lbs of bird seed
.99 is within .08 of .91
.69 is within .22 of .91
you need 22/8 times as much .99 as you need .69
22/8 = 11/4
11/4 x 40/3 = 110/3 = 36 2/3
