Should there be a comma before "in partnership"?

In the sentence, "Recognizing that learning happens in all types of interactions, opportunities, and environments, the Guardian academic experience has been built on developing the whole child, in partnership with parents and caregivers.", should there be a comma before "in partnership"?

A way to determine is to see if you can move the words beginning with "in partnership..." to the beginning of the sentence without losing the main idea of what you are trying to say. In this case, yes, there should be a comma before "in partnership." The sentence still gets the message across when you put "In partnership with parents and caregivers" at the beginning of the sentence.
