ratios are constant, so (2/3)/10 = X/15. solve for X. cross multiply 10X = 15(2/3) = 10. X=10/10 = 1

b) 6/15 = 40/X

2/5 = 40/X

1/5 = 20/X

X = 100 minutes

or 1 hour and 40 minutes
