find the slope of the given equation
y-4= -2/3(x-6)
y-4= (-2x)/3+4
y=(-2x)/3+8
the slope of the line perpendicular to y, is the negative reciprocal
m= 3/2
y-(-2)=3/2(x-(-2))
y+2=(3x)/2+3
y= (3x)/2+1
