y = 5x + (-2)

 slope intercept form is:

y = mx + b

m is slope:

slope is coefficient of x, which is 5

you are already given the equation of the line in point slope form which is:

y = mx + b

in this case: m = 5, b = -2.

b is the y intercept (where the line passes the y axis)
