y = a(x-sqr7)(x+-sqr7) = a(x^2-7)
-6 = a((-3)^2 - 7) = a(9-7) = 2a
a = -6/2 = -3
y = -3(x^2 -7) = -3x^2 + 21
y =-3x^2 + 21
