If the point (7, 6) lies on the graph of y = (x − 5)^2 + k, where k is some constant, which other point must also lie on the same graph?

This is intended solution logic. But to verify, you could plug in x=7 and y=6 to determine that the constant k=2. With k=2, the only point values that yield (x,6) are (3,6) [note: easy using a spreadsheet].
