Question on Math homework Please help!

Ten circular cardboard disks were weighed and the mass in grams and corresponding radius in centimeters were recorded. The information is shown below:

cm: 9.6, 9.0, 7.7, 6.3, 5.3, 4.7, 3.7, 2.4, 1.3, 0

gm: 5.4, 4.6, 3.4, 2.3, 1.6, 1.2, 0.8, 0.3, 0.1, 0

1.) What is the linear regression equation (round to the nearest hundreth)?

2.) What is the value of r^2, the coefficient of deteriation, for the linear equation in the previous question? Does it suggest a linear model is a good fit for the data? Explain your answer (using a text box).

r^2 = ___

San P.

I'm sorry, I meant to write "determination" not "deterioration". My bad.
