9 - 9 sin^2x = 9(1 - sin^2 x) = 9 cos^2x
9 cos^2x = 0x = implies cos x = 0, or x = π/2 +n π

Do you mean: (3 - 3sinx)(3 + 3sinx) = 0?
Then, 9 - 9sin2x = 0
sin2x = 1
sinx = 1 or -1
x = π/2 + kπ, where k = 0, 1, -1, 2, -2, ...
