(y- -15)/(x-3) = 50 in point slope form

y+15 =50x-150

y=50x-165 in slope intercept form

y = 50x + b

-15 =50(3) + b

b = -15 -150 = -165 where b=y intercept = cost of the equipment needed $165

y=f(x) = 50x -165 in slope intercept form

f(12)=50(12)-165 =600-165= $435 profit after 12 pools
